QMC is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the certifiable quality management standards VDA 6.3. QMC is also responsible for the advancement and monitoring of the international standard IATF 16949:2016. In this regard, one of our central responsibilities is the approval and monitoring of internationally active certification bodies.
The IATF (International Automotive Task Force) is a working group set up by the major automotive OEM’s and their suppliers with the purpose of harmonizing methods and standards previously implemented at national level.
QMC offers consulting and professional training in the standard IATF 16949:2016, coupled with the applicable customer-specific requirements defines the quality management system requirements for automotive production, service and/or accessory parts. IATF 16949:2016 is an autonomous QMS standard that is fully aligned with the structure and requirements of ISO 9001:2015
The VDA 6.X regulations are designed for organizations in the automotive supply chain to provide a holistic quality management and possibly certify want.
To the carmakers, their suppliers and the associated services and service establishments a consistent and comparable assessment of their quality management systems, processes, products and services to enable. QMC offers certification in standards for the German automotive industry in the VDA 6.X volumes.
