APQP - Advanced planning of product quality and control plans.

Objective: To know, understand and promote the use of APQP in the design and development of products and processes, as well as to know how to elaborate a control plan in the different stages of the APQP, considering the analysis and evaluation of risk and the way of how mitigate it.
 
Aimed at: Engineering staff, quality system engineers, quality managers, department managers, department heads and personnel who participate in PPAP.

• II. 5 Phases of APQP.

• III. Control plan.

• VI. Matrix of responsibilities in the APQP. 

Relationship of the APQP with the standard (In case of tools). ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949, require the use of this tool considering the risk-based approach within the high-level structure.

• Reflection: As a planning methodology, it ensures that the potential problems that may arise during the execution have been taken into account and, consequently, the management thereof.
